I train almost every day, follow a paleo diet and consequently am a pretty lean guy. It’s difficult to know where to focus training or how to change goals if you can’t see what’s actually happening on the inside. Body Measure were awesome. Lovely staff, easy scan – it only took 5mins – and a really thorough report. They have given me exactly what I was after – really accurate, precise numbers for me to work with! The way that I train I know that I will be able to book in every 6wks and check on my progress. Thanks again for your help!
I have always been told that I am overweight by my family but I have always struggled with fitness and training because I just wasn’t ever sure of the “results” I was getting. I have a pretty high BMI when I calculated my height and weight but after going to see Adam at Body Measure I have more confidence and determination than ever. I was shown that although I was in the “acceptable “weight range for my age I was not it the “fitness” weight range. I found out that I carry majority of my fat in my trunk and that I actually have pretty lean arms and legs! By breaking down each area of my body I can see where I need to focus my training. I have been told that if I can lose 6kg of fat tissue that I will be trim! I am nowhere near as fat as I thought!! I have a new found confidence in myself, in my trainer and my goals. It is possible! I highly recommend this place!
