Appointment Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

 

By booking an appointment with Body Measure you agree to our cancellation policy 

  1. Services are not transferable to other individuals unless specifically stated in writing.
  2. Appointment changes and cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your appointment, this must be done by email to info@bodymeasure.com.au 
  3. If you are a no-show for your appointment your credit will be lost without refund.
  4. All credits are valid for 36 months upon purchase.
  5. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
