Cancellation ,Reschedule & Refund Policy

 

By booking an appointment with Body Measure you agree to our cancellation, reschedule and refund policy 

  1. Services are not transferable to other individuals unless specifically stated in writing.
  2. Appointment changes and cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your appointment, this must be sent by email to info@bodymeasure.com.au 
  3. If you are a no-show for your appointment  or cancel /change your appt within 24 hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee  of the service cost.
  4. We do not provide refunds for “change of mind”
  5. Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase date.
  6. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
