By booking an appointment with Body Measure you agree to our cancellation, reschedule and refund policy 

1. Packs and Combos are intended for individual use only; they cannot be divided or utilised by multiple individuals
2. Partially used Packs and Combo’s are not transferable to other individuals unless specifically stated in writing ; Additionally the entire remaining balance of the service must be transferred to one individual.
3. Appointment changes and cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your appointment, this must be sent by email to [email protected]
4. If you are a no-show for your appointment  or cancel /change your appt within 24 hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee  of the service cost.
5. Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from purchase date.
6. Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
